• Bulk website creation / multi-store setup

• Search Engine Optimization (SEO)

• Local SEO

• Facebook / Meta Ads management

• Google Ads management

• Google Merchant Center issue fixing

• Conversion tracking setup (GA4, Pixel, CAPI)

Service details, scope, and pricing are discussed and agreed upon before work begins.

2. Free Consultation

• We offer a 30-minute free consultation.

• The consultation is for discussion and planning only.

• No work starts unless both parties agree on the service and pricing.

• Free consultation does not guarantee service acceptance.

3. Pricing & Payments

• Our service pricing generally starts from $120.

• Final pricing depends on:

  • Project scope

  • Business type

  • Platform (Shopify, WordPress, Wix)

  • Ads budget and campaign complexity

• Payment terms are agreed upon before starting the project.

• All prices are service fees only and do not include ad spend or third-party costs.

4. No Guaranteed Results

While we use proven strategies and best practices:

• We do not guarantee:

  • Specific sales numbers

  • Revenue amounts

  • Google rankings

  • Ad performance results

• Results depend on many factors including:

  • Market demand

  • Competition

  • Product quality

  • Ad budget

  • Platform policies

5. Ads Account & Platform Responsibility

• Clients are responsible for:

  • Their Facebook / Meta Ads accounts

  • Google Ads accounts

  • Merchant Center accounts

• WebRankAds is not responsible for:

  • Account bans or suspensions

  • Policy violations by platforms

  • Changes in platform algorithms or rules

We help optimize and manage campaigns, but final control remains with the platform.

6. Website Ownership & Access

• Website ownership terms are discussed per project.

• Clients must provide:

  • Correct content

  • Required access (hosting, CMS, ad accounts)

• WebRankAds is not responsible for delays caused by missing access or materials.

7. Revisions & Changes

• Revisions depend on the agreed service package.

• Major changes outside the original scope may require additional charges.

• Unlimited revisions are not included unless clearly stated.

8. Refund & Cancellation Policy

• Refund terms are discussed before payment.

• Once work has started, refunds may not be available.

• Trial or short-term services are non-refundable once delivered.

• Monthly services can be canceled with prior notice (as agreed).

9. Confidentiality

• All client information is kept confidential.

• We do not share private business data with third parties.

• This excludes information required for ads platforms or tools.

10. Limitation of Liability

WebRankAds is not liable for:

• Business losses

• Revenue loss

• Ad spend losses

• Platform-related issues

• Technical issues outside our control

Our liability is limited to the service fee paid.

Continued use of our services means acceptance of the updated terms.
